These apartments are situated in a quiet location one road back from the Rio Park Hotel, 5 mins. walk from The Square. They have a swimming pool which is open all year (with sunloungers), and tennis court and parking which are payable locally. There is also a 24 hrs. reception and a snack bar. Computers in the reception area for the internet. Wheelchair access into the building is via a ramp. The apartments have one bedroom with twin beds and a sofa bed in the lounge and sleep up to 4 people. They have one bathroom, separate kitchen and balcony, most of which are open. The kitchens are well equipped with 4 ring hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. They have air conditioning and heating, and coin operated satellite TV with about 10 English channels (50 cents for 45 mins.). They also have a safe (payable locally). Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival.
