These new apartments are in a quiet location near the Rio Park Hotel, just 5 mins. walk from The Square. They used to be called P&V and previously Maeva. They have a 24 hrs. reception, large attractive swimming pool (open 15/4-15/10), indoor pool (open all year), tennis courts, children's play area and free private parking. They are suitable for wheelchair users. The apartments have one bedroom, lounge/dining room, kitchen with microwave, ceramic hob, oven and coffee maker, (but no kettle or toaster), bathroom and enclosed balcony. The apartments have twin beds and sleep up to 4 people with the double sofa in the lounge. They are suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. They have air conditioning, free TV with international channels, and safe (payable locally). Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable deposit of 200 euros per apartment payable on arrival.
